Rejuvenate the brand's audience and attract Generation Z.
How do you position a corporation as an attractive employer for a younger generation?
Corporate topics are often difficult to communicate to the public — especially to Gen Z, which demands authentic, high-quality content on social media. For this audience, influencers are among the most trusted sources of information, and authenticity is crucial for brand engagement.
Solution
We decided to reach out to the most authentic influencer possible — Heinrich Mattoni himself.
By turning the brand's founder into a fictional 194-year-old influencer, we presented complex topics like VAT increases in an entertaining and relatable way.
Our content became one of the most viral campaigns in the industry. The character of Heinrich Mattoni was recognized twice at Zlatý Středník 2024, a prestigious Czech communication and content marketing awards.
